Private, Duet and Group Pilates Classes

All session types are Pilates focused, and integrate principals and movements from yoga and functional movement training.

Group Classes

-Small class sizes enable individualized feedback

-30-minute, 45-minute, or 55-minute classes available via Zoom

-Utilize small props to simulate an equipment based workout

-Improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination

Private and Duet Sessions

-One (private) or two (duet) participants

-An individualized practice to target your unique lifestyle, body mechanics, injuries, goals, and history

-Continuously receive feedback and correction to ensure proper form 

-Utilize any props or equipment that you currently have, recommendations for additional props will be made based on individual needs

-30-minute or 55-minute sessions
